Promotional hologram stickers are paper stickers coated with a diffractive or prismatic foil of the design creating eye-catching effects.

Those stickers do not self-destruct, and shouldn’t be used to prevent documents against forgery. They are designed for advertising and promotional use, for contests, prize draws etc. The main advantage of those stickers is their low cost and ease of distribution. Another feature is the ease of moving the sticker form one surface to another – e.g. from a product onto a rebate card, or onto a loyalty card as proof of a transaction.
